Our client, a leading national provider in the print, packaging, and fulfillment space, is seeking a strategic, technically savvy General Manager to oversee a key facility in Ohio. This is an ideal opportunity for an Operations Executive with experience at this level who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at driving efficiency, leading high-performing teams, and solving complex production challenges.

This role offers a salary of $150K–$175K, comprehensive benefits, and relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across two production shifts
• Lead and develop a team
• Manage workflow, scheduling, staffing, and production priorities
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-volume, quick-turn client projects
• Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Foster communication and accountability across teams and shifts

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, print, or packaging operations
• Strong background in production scheduling, workflow management, and team leadership
• Technically grounded with a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels of the organization
• Willingness to relocate (relocation support provided)
