Overview

The Senior Director Clinical Research – Oncology position is an opportunity to lead program level strategy. This position is more of a tactical medical monitoring and clinical data review role.

Opportunity

This opportunity is with a small pharmaceutical company in the Boston area. A hands‑on position working as a medical monitor at the study level.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical study design and medical monitoring.
• Lead cross‑functional teams for clinical studies in Phases I & III across indications in Hematology or Oncology.

Requirements

• MD with experience and/or training in hematology or oncology.
• 3+ years of industry clinical research experience.
• Candidates with academic achievement and clinical trial experience as an investigator will be considered.
