Job Description:

As a leader in Kubernetes management, the Alibaba Cloud Container Service team is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge, scalable, and secure container orchestration solutions that empower businesses to modernize their cloud-native applications and accelerate innovation.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the container service clusters for external and internal usages.
Identify, analyze, and resolve user business-related issues.

Job Requirements:

3+ years of experience in container-related development (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Service Mesh, etc.).
Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker/Containerd/RunC, and related container technologies; open-source contributions are a plus.
Familiar with CI/CD, GitOps tooling and processes.
Experience managing Kubernetes in production environments is highly valued.
Deep understanding of Linux systems, Alibaba Cloud services for computing, storage, and networking.
Strong ownership and results-driven approach, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passionate about technology, research, and continuous learning.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $133,200/year and $219,600/year. Base pay may vary depending on market location, knowledge, skills, and experience.

Employees will be in an “at-will position” with the company reserving the right to modify base salary and other compensation at any time.

U.S. based full-time employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, basic life insurance, wellbeing benefits like FSA, up to 12 paid holidays, up to 15 paid vacation days, and up to 72 hours paid sick time annually.
