State General Manager — Growth & Caregiver Ops

Entyre seeks a bold State General Manager (GM) to scale operations across states and deliver life-changing caregiver support. You will recruit and lead clinical teams, drive onboarding efficiency, and navigate Medicaid/waivers with a focus on rapid growth and compliance.

You will act as the primary voice for Entyre with stakeholders, clinics, regulators and the media, owning state-level strategy and execution. This is a high-impact leadership role.
