<p><strong>Medical Director, Interventional Pulmonology</strong></p><p>VHC Health - Arlington, Virginia<br>Full-Time | Main Hospital Campus</p><p>VHC Health is seeking an experienced, innovative, and collaborative Board-Certified Pulmonologist with fellowship training in Interventional Pulmonology to serve as the inaugural Medical Director, Interventional Pulmonology at our hospital campus in Arlington, Virginia.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity for a senior physician leader to build and develop a comprehensive Interventional Pulmonology program from the ground up within one of the highest-performing independent health systems in the Washington, DC metropolitan region. The ideal candidate will bring advanced procedural expertise, demonstrated leadership experience, and a passion for developing high-quality, multidisciplinary pulmonary and thoracic oncology services in a growing health system environment.</p><p>This full-time employed leadership role combines active clinical practice with strategic program development, operational leadership, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary collaboration.</p><hr><p>At VHC Health, physician leaders have the opportunity to meaningfully influence strategy, operations, quality, and growth while practicing in a collaborative and highly respected clinical environment.</p><hr><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>The Medical Director, Interventional Pulmonology will serve as the clinical and strategic leader responsible for developing, launching, and growing VHC Health's Interventional Pulmonology program.</p><p>Because this is a new and expanding service line, the organization seeks a physician leader with substantial experience in procedural pulmonology, program building, multidisciplinary care coordination, and operational leadership.
