This role offers procedural autonomy, strong clinical and operational support, and a consistent weekday schedule.<hr>Essential Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide well-woman examinations, acute visits, family-planning services, and preventive care</li><li>Deliver evidence-based outpatient prenatal and postpartum care</li><li>Diagnose and manage common gynecologic and reproductive health conditions</li><li>Provide contraception counseling and perform LARC insertion and removal</li><li>Perform colposcopies, biopsies, and other appropriate in-office gynecologic procedures</li><li>Provide perimenopausal and menopausal care</li><li>Prescribe medications, contraceptives, and other treatments in accordance with Florida law</li><li>Order, review, and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic testing</li><li>Make appropriate referrals for specialty care, testing, treatment, and follow-up</li><li>Maintain complete, accurate, and timely electronic health record documentation</li><li>Complete billing and clinical tasks in accordance with organizational requirements</li><li>Collaborate with physicians, Women's Health providers, nursing staff, medical assistants, and clinical leadership</li><li>Participate in peer review, quality-improvement initiatives, and accreditation-readiness activities</li><li>Support the education and supervision of students, residents, and allied health professionals when assigned</li><li>Practice at multiple TFHC locations and participate in limited after-hours coverage when assigned</li><li>Comply with HIPAA, federal, state, accreditation, HRSA, and TFHC requirements</li></ul><hr>Qualifications<ul><li>Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program</li><li>Active and unrestricted Florida Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license</li><li>National certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner</li><li>Current Basic Life Support certification</li><li>At least two to three years of outpatient OB/GYN or women's health experience required</li><li>Experience performing in-office gynecologic procedures strongly preferred</li><li>Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and patient-education skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team</li><li>Experience with Epic or another electronic health record system preferred</li><li>Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred but not required</li></ul><hr>Benefits and RewardsTFHC offers a comprehensive provider benefits package, including:<ul><li>Competitive base salary with productivity incentive opportunities</li><li>Medical and pharmacy coverage with low-cost employee premiums</li><li>Benefits eligibility beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment</li><li>Dental and vision insurance</li><li>$0 employee copays for eligible care received through TFHC</li><li>Generous paid time off and seven paid company holidays</li><li>CME days and professional-development support</li><li>Annual licensing stipend</li><li>401(k) retirement program with employer contribution after one year</li><li>Company-paid malpractice coverage</li><li>Employer-paid basic life and AD&D insurance</li><li>Short-term and long-term disability coverage</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Voluntary accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and pet insurance</li><li>Student loan refinancing and financial-wellness resources</li></ul><hr>NHSC Student Loan RepaymentWomen's Health Nurse Practitioners are an eligible NHSC discipline.
