This role offers procedural autonomy, strong clinical and operational support, and a consistent weekday schedule.</p><hr><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide well-woman examinations, acute visits, family-planning services, and preventive care</p></li><li><p>Deliver evidence-based outpatient prenatal and postpartum care</p></li><li><p>Diagnose and manage common gynecologic and reproductive health conditions</p></li><li><p>Provide contraception counseling and perform LARC insertion and removal</p></li><li><p>Perform colposcopies, biopsies, and other appropriate in-office gynecologic procedures</p></li><li><p>Provide perimenopausal and menopausal care</p></li><li><p>Prescribe medications, contraceptives, and other treatments in accordance with Florida law</p></li><li><p>Order, review, and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic testing</p></li><li><p>Make appropriate referrals for specialty care, testing, treatment, and follow-up</p></li><li><p>Maintain complete, accurate, and timely electronic health record documentation</p></li><li><p>Complete billing and clinical tasks in accordance with organizational requirements</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with physicians, Women's Health providers, nursing staff, medical assistants, and clinical leadership</p></li><li><p>Participate in peer review, quality-improvement initiatives, and accreditation-readiness activities</p></li><li><p>Support the education and supervision of students, residents, and allied health professionals when assigned</p></li><li><p>Practice at multiple TFHC locations and participate in limited after-hours coverage when assigned</p></li><li><p>Comply with HIPAA, federal, state, accreditation, HRSA, and TFHC requirements</p></li></ul><hr><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program</p></li><li><p>Active and unrestricted Florida Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license</p></li><li><p>National certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner</p></li><li><p>Current Basic Life Support certification</p></li><li><p>At least two to three years of outpatient OB/GYN or women's health experience required</p></li><li><p>Experience performing in-office gynecologic procedures strongly preferred</p></li><li><p>Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and patient-education skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team</p></li><li><p>Experience with Epic or another electronic health record system preferred</p></li><li><p>Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred but not required</p></li></ul><hr><p><strong>Benefits and Rewards</strong></p><p>TFHC offers a comprehensive provider benefits package, including:</p><ul><li><p>Competitive base salary with productivity incentive opportunities</p></li><li><p>Medical and pharmacy coverage with low-cost employee premiums</p></li><li><p>Benefits eligibility beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment</p></li><li><p>Dental and vision insurance</p></li><li><p>$0 employee copays for eligible care received through TFHC</p></li><li><p>Generous paid time off and seven paid company holidays</p></li><li><p>CME days and professional-development support</p></li><li><p>Annual licensing stipend</p></li><li><p>401(k) retirement program with employer contribution after one year</p></li><li><p>Company-paid malpractice coverage</p></li><li><p>Employer-paid basic life and AD&D insurance</p></li><li><p>Short-term and long-term disability coverage</p></li><li><p>Employee Assistance Program</p></li><li><p>Voluntary accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and pet insurance</p></li><li><p>Student loan refinancing and financial-wellness resources</p></li></ul><hr><p><strong>NHSC Student Loan Repayment</strong></p><p>Women's Health Nurse Practitioners are an eligible NHSC discipline.
