About the project

Fixpoint is hiring Food Service Managers for a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, define what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation.

You’re a good fit if you’ve managed food service operations in:

restaurants
hotels
healthcare facilities or similar settings.

Must-have qualifications

5+ years of full-time experience in Food Services
U.S. residency
Access to a laptop or desktop and reliable internet
Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and flexible)

Nice-to-haves

Experience with inventory management systems
Knowledge of local health and safety regulations

Compensation & logistics

Hourly pay: $30 – $60, based on experience and fit
Potentially higher for exceptional candidates
Paid weekly via Fixpoint based on approved hours
Independent contractor (1099); at-will engagement
Remote work, flexible schedule as long as deadlines are met
