Mortgage Collections Pro — Delinquency & Negotiation Specialist

First American is seeking a Collections Specialist to perform inbound and outbound collection calls across all delinquency stages. You will research and resolve issues contributing to customer delinquency while maintaining detailed account records and providing exceptional service.

The role requires mortgage service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Call center experience is preferred.
