OUTREACH Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist for full-time and per diem roles in the Upper West Side and surrounding Manhattan areas. The OT will evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients in home and community settings, focusing on safety, ADLs/IADLs, cognition, and functional mobility.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in OT and an active NY OT license, with 1 year of experience preferred.
