Medical Director/Physician (M.D.)

We are seeking an experienced Physician (M.D.) to lead a talented team and dynamic outpatient practice.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine / Medical Degree from an accredited school
• Prefer 5 or more years Family Medicine/Primary Care experience
• Prefer 2 or more years leadership experience
• Active NY License
• DEA License
• Bilingual a plus
